Chat space information
From CrisisCommons Wiki
Project volunteers are using Internet Relay Chat (IRC) to communicate and collaborate in real time. It is intended so that concurrent campers can virtually sit in the same room and bounce ideas around, wherever they are in the world.
To use the chat, you can use a web-based system or download an IRC client program.
A few handy commands are listed on the IRC Tutorial page.
