- 9:30 - 10:30 Meet, greet, eat - snacks provided
- 10:30 - Intro to Crisis Camp, purpose: 5-10 minutes
- 10:40 - Overview of Projects: 10 minutes
- 10:50 - Project team formation: 10 minutes
- 11:00 - Teams of 5-10 people start work
- 11:00 - Onboarding session for new camp volunteers
- 12:00 - Project Manager Meeting - should last no more than 10 minutes (each working team needs to have a project leader)
- The goal of the first project manager meeting is to make sure all the project teams have figured out what they are doing, and have a goal to reach by the end of the day.
- 12:00 - Assign to PMs new onboarded volunteers
- 1:00 - Lunch - $5 contribution for pizza
- 2:00 - Project Manager Meeting (10 minutes)
- Purpose is to track progress toward goal.
- 4:00 - Project Manager Meeting - and early project wrapu.
- 5:00 - Ending session, open items tracked, and transitions planned.

- Working with Usahidi for data collection for Chile
- iPhone development if we can secure some iPhone developers!! (not likely but a need exists).
- Usability and Testing - Working on usability and testing process, support project testing (Chile and Haiti)
- OSM - Working on translation (and mapping) for haiti street maps (Chile and Haiti) - If we get enough experienced mappers
- Translation activities - various translation actions (ongoing, camp to regroup.
- RSS Feeds (pending) - Testing support if still required (Haiti), and possible look to support second site (Chile). Testing to be scheduled
- Communications - Internal chicago camp communication and organization (Commons) (ongoing)
- Governance - Continuing work on project governance (Commons)
- OTHER - Depending on who signs up, will evaluate up through Saturday...
