Crisis Camp is a series of BarCamp style events focused on the role of technology in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, that are taking place in several locations around the world including London!

There were no specifically Crisis Camp London events during 2011. Although we started a Meetup Group, the London ICT4D group. We will announce details here if/when we decide to do another one, perhaps in response to a crisis somewhere.

About Crisis Camp London events

The idea is to bring a laptop, a brain, an open mind, a sense of humour and a friend!

  • What happened last camp? We continued the Pakistan floods response that started with the first Cambridge CrisisCamp. That was a long time ago though

  • And a camp on the third Saturday every month unless a crisis happens: for 2010, that's (provisionally) September 18th, October 16th, November 20th and December 18th.
