It is no longer an umbrella project. If you are interested in helping please contact the project coordinator for the specific project.
That said, if you have questions about mobile development projects going on in CC and can't find it here or searching feel free to contact Chris Selmer or David Rees who may be able to get you pointed in the right direction.
