[edit] Mission Statement
The New Haiti Project aims to reconstruct the affected regions in Haiti post the earthquake of January 12, 2010 through construction, educational tours and support services by linking together skilled international volunteers with those on-site in Haiti. TNHPs mission is to re-build Haiti's educational and cultural buildings, through networking and volunteer work, diminish future casualties through education and serve as a resource to those touched by the earthquake.

(*2= I asked an attorney here before we met Ralph Kenol,& was told that generally you shouldn't use the word "legal" after someone's name unless they are a practicing attorney: can we please ask Ralph his advice on this? Is this true? You could use: Corporate Structure/Grant Writing Director (Sue O'Kane) or Architectural Projects/Housing Director (Steve Michel + Claudyne Vilfrant)

- Haiti Rebuilding Connection Project - this is the first material put together as the team formed to create the system.
- Web design work - work quickly went to the wave to design the system, to leave the wiki page, it as a general guidelines.

- Mission through everything we are doing is good project management by the people, to attain vision.
- Vision is a sytems thinking Island to grow out of the old method of Island management
- Good PM is enabled by the learning system right here. It makes smart PM.
- The front end and .com formalizes and gives the awareness of a hard system
- An awareness needs to be achieved in two places now - our goals for today - on and off Island
- On that this vision exists with a supporting infrastructure and people
- And off in that the mirage of missions with the off and on/off that things can now be intelligently channeled
- Both of these are tough, and the challenge for next week
- Alignment and channeling from the off and on/off can only happen be cause 'they' decide to - HaitiRewired as a good example
